St Kitts and Nevis: PM Terrance Drew visits Warner Park Stadium, meets Sugar Boyz
Prime Minister of the Federation, Dr Terrance Drew, who is a sports enthusiast, recently visited Warner Park Stadium with his colleagues.

                                                    Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis: Prime Minister of the Federation, Dr Terrance Drew, who is a sports enthusiast, recently visited Warner Park Stadium with his colleagues. While sharing a glimpse of their visit, the minister stated, “Greetings. Of course, my colleagues and I visited Warner Park Stadium to support the Sugar Boyz in their match against Aruba.”
Through the platform, he also congratulated Sugar Boyz for their outstanding victory. The post by the Prime Minister mentioned, “Congratulations to the Sugar Boyz. Saint Kitts and Nevis has earned a spot in the 2023 Gold Cup Prelims.”
Along with this, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and former Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Denzil Douglas, who accompanied Prime Minister Drew to the Stadium, also took to social media to congratulate the team. The social media post by the minister noted, “CONGRATULATIONS SUGAR BOYZ….”
The minister further outlined that the Sugar Boyz have qualified for the CONCACAF Gold Cup Prelims, having topped Group B of League C of the Concacaf Nations League presented by Qatar Airways.
“Congrats to Keithroy Freeman of the SL Horsford, St. Paul’s FC, scored the 2 Goals,” he noted.
The team was also congratulated by the people of St Kitts and Nevis, who took the comment section to praise the team for their outstanding performance. “Congratulations in order,” wrote one of the social media users, while another mentioned that Congratulations to the sugar Boys. The third user stated, “Congratulations in order. We will do well.”
