St Kitts and Nevis: People’s Labour Party (PLP) organized their monthly health walk on June 4, 2022 (Saturday). The health walk was attended by various PLP leaders as well as its supporters. The health was also attended by Prime Minister Dr Timothy Harris, who interacted with their supporters during the health walk.
Post health walk, Prime Minister Harris took social media and expressed pleasure over the success of the monthly health walk. He stated, “A large and vibrant crowd of young, energetic people showed solidarity and support for the People’s Labour Party (PLP) as we journeyed from Challengers to Cardin Avenue, then exited through Lime Kiln, culminating at the constituency three PLP’s Office. Hundreds of people greeted and met PLP’s leadership.”
He added, “A blessing to lead the fastest growing political party on St Kitts and Nevis Victory ahead. We got this.”
The walk was all about enthusiasm and health, and supporters also showed their support for their favourite party. During the health walk, while showing their support, the crowd cheered, “You can’t keep a good man down.”
The walk provided an opportunity for the citizens and residents of the twin-island Federation to partake in physical exercise and socialize within a political group that welcomes all, regardless of political history, to promote healthy lifestyles. The walk was an exciting display of the unwavering support and love that the people of the country have for the People’s Labour Party (PLP).
After the crowd had arrived at the PLP constituency office, participants continued the walk through Constituency 3, where fellow constituents greeted members in support of the work done by our great party.
The walk concluded at the Constituency Office, where all participants enjoyed a delicious breakfast.
To end the health walk on a good term, everyone gathered and photographed the moment, which was described as a tremendous success.
