Saint Lucia to witness few scattered showers during early Dec 26

Saint Lucia: The Meteorological Department of the Caribbean island of Saint Lucia shared a 6 pm weather update for the date December 25, 2022. The weather report was announced by forecaster Emmanuel Descartes.
As per the update by the department, the expected weather of Saint Lucia for the next 24 hours will remain between fair to partly cloudy skies, with very few scattered showers. Occasional gusts may occur with winds blowing at the speed of 25 mph or 41 km/h towards the east direction.
According to the presented weather forecast, the tides at Castries Harbour will be high at 11:55 pm and low at 6:30 am. Whereas, at Vieux Fort Bay, the tides will be high at 6:02 pm and low at 01:22 am. The Sea waves will range from locally rough to rough, with a width of 7 to 11 feet or 2.1 to 3.4 metres.
The department asked the small craft operators, as well as sea bathers, to be cautious due to brisk winds and rough seas.
According to the update, the weather at Hewanorra Airport and GFL Charles was fair and hazy. It further stated that the temperature at 6 pm at the Airport was around 27°C or 81°F and the maximum temperature reached up to 30°C or 86°F. The wind speed at the Airport blew from the east direction at a speed of 23 mph or 37 km/h.
The weather forecaster further claimed that 3.4 mm of rainfall (which ended at 2 pm) in the period of 24 hours was reported on December 25, and 1.8 mm of rainfall was recorded at GFL Charles. Furthermore, it informed that the country had witnessed rainfall of around 39.1 mm at Hewanorra Airport and around 31.1 mm a GFL Charles.
The update further informed that the sun would rise on December 26 at 6:25 am and the sun would set at 5:43 pm.
While announcing the weather forecast for the Lesser Antilles, the forecaster stated that the region would witness similar weather conditions as Saint Lucia. The region may witness fair and breezy weather, causing clouds at times with some scattered showers.
