Additionally, this news has been shared by various social media pages, and many people took to their official Facebook handle to exchange their views and opinions by commenting on the news.

One such comment by Kerch Stval read, “Operation restore confidence now! Rid the island of this, we keep playing with our citizens lives. Let an American tourist get killed see how fast they send ppl over to deal with it and put us on a watch list. Theyl only care when foreign powers embarrass them on a national stage.”

While reacting to the news, another user by the name of Boss Bigga wrote, “Sick and disgusting homicide rate over the last years. Everyone must step up their security at home especially if they have kids. Keep well trained dogs inside and outside your homes as first line of defense. Do not argue with anyone, be kind to each other and police needs to be tougher on trespasser.”
