Castries, Saint Lucia: HelpAWS, a Castries-based dog shelter, has recently shared an update about newly welcomed puppies. The doggies were born in a school to a feral mother.
As per the social media update, “This little girl and her siblings were brought in after they were born in a school to a feral mom. The students complained about being bitten by ticks and fleas, sadly not considering how awful she and her siblings must feel, but thankfully someone volunteered to bring them to the shelter in the south of the island.”
It furthermore noted that Senna has proven to be a very outgoing girl; she’s independent and doesn’t shy away from meeting new people. She also adapts extremely well to new environments and is always up for meeting new friends, furry or otherwise.
Additionally, HelpAWS informed that she is the sweetest girl who gets along well with kids and other pets. Seena’s foster mom has nothing but amazing reviews for this adorable little pup, who is always ready to listen and learn new tricks.
The Castries-based dog shelter also stated, “Senna has been available for adoption in Boston for over a month now and has had absolutely no interest; we are heartbroken that this sweet angel hasn’t tugged on the heartstrings of anyone. It is, for this reason we are going to get this little girl to Canada, where we hope she will have better luck finding her perfect match and living a happy and fulfilling life.”
While informing about donation and adoption, HelpAWS outlined, “If you would like to make this angel a part of your home, don’t hesitate to fill in an application on our website, www.helpaws.com/adopt.”
