Saint Lucia: The animal welfare organisation of Castries, HelpAWS, introduces a sweet little pup Bellissimo Paris, which came to the organisation with her three sisters after being rescued from the north side of the island. As per the update by the organisation, “They were all terribly malnourished and, of course, covered in fleas and ticks. After devouring their first meal at the shelter and spending their first night in a clean, dry, comfortable bed, these girls decided they were born for the good life!”
While praising the little pup, HelpAWS mentioned that if French is the love language, then this little lady couldn’t have been more appropriately named! This baby girl, Paris, is all about amour.
The animal welfare organisation outlined that Paris is the epitome of love and light. She has the cutest facial expressions; the volunteers absolutely melt when she furrows her little eyebrows while she’s investigating something new or pondering life’s moments. She is also extremely fond of belly rubs; she has no shame when it comes to them, immediately rolling onto her back the minute she catches the attention, like the thought of anyone not adoring her has never crossed her mind! She is a smart girl, rather precocious and curious, who loves sharing adventures and snuggles with her person or family.
“Although the rest of her litter has been spoken for, sweet little Paris has yet to find her furever family. We just don’t understand how this belle has been overlooked! She is everything someone could ever want in a fur friend and is sure to be a treasured addition to any family. She gets along well with other dogs as well as would do well in a home with a fur sibling, but she is just as content to be on her own and get all the love and attention!” the post by the welfare organisation mentioned.
HelpAWS further invited the people for adoption and said, “If you think Paris might be your soul dog, go to www.helpaws.com/adopt to complete an adoption application.”
As per HelpAWS, donations can be made using e-transfer, PayPal, or Zelle to [email protected] or to @helpaws using Venmo. The organisation appreciated everyone’s generosity and support as they continue to advocate for and rescue these deserving babies in Saint Lucia.
