Saint John, Antigua and Barbuda: Papa Zouk Fish ‘N’ Rum restaurant secured  6th position in the list of Top 10 Best Caribbean Restaurants by USA Today Readers. The restaurant specialises in seafood. 

It is to be noted that Antigua and Barbuda Tourism took to their official social media handle (Facebook) to express delight for their restaurant, which is named one of the best restaurants in the Caribbean.

Papa Zouk Fish ‘N’ Rum

Papa Zouk restaurant is located near Hilda Davis Dr at St John’s. It is the truest path to happiness, offering a mix of rum, fresh fish, and Zouk music. 

Notably, this restaurant offers only evening meals of Caribbean and Creole-influenced dishes, including 250 different rums and a cosy atmosphere. 

The seafood is the main highlight of this place, as one may find plenty of fish, lobster, prawns, shrimp and many more. Its bouillabaisse soup and red snapper are on the list of almost every customer. 

Further, Papa Zouk offers its best signature drink, ‘Ti Punch, ‘ in many different flavours.

We tried the fried red snapper, conch fritters, soup, seafood trio (lobster, shrimp and fish), sorbed, chocolate rum cake and the house drink. The passion fruit dressing and the homemade hot sauces were also delicious! The staff was friendly and the service was great! I would definitely return and recommend!
