WestJet Airlines to offer weekly flight services from Toronto to Grenada

WestJet Airlines is all set to offer its weekly flight services from Toronto to Grenada, effective from 15th December, 2024 to April 2025. The airline aims to expand its sun destinations with new seasonal services to Grenada with a vision to enhance connectivity and foster tourism sector of the island nation.

As per the details, WestJet Airlines is the second-largest airline in Canada. It was founded in 1994 and began its operations in 1996. Since then, the airline has been providing services and catering to the travel needs and demands of the Canadian visitors. The headquarter of WestJet Airlines is in Calgary, Alberta.

The WestJet airline has the capacity to accommodate 174 seats, aiming to welcome hundreds of passengers to the country. The tourism authority is aiming to witness a significant boost in the tourism sector of the island nation with the exceptional services offered by the airline.

These services will play a significant role in expanding accessibility to Grenada for Canadians, providing them an opportunity to explore the vibrant culture, pristine beaches and lush landscapes of the Spice Isle.

While shedding light on these services, the WestJet Vacations, Cindy Gerhardt said that she is here to learn about the hotel programs and what they add for their market in Canada so that they can get some more people, Canadians and consumers motivated to travel to Grenada.

She expressed her excitement on offering these services to the travellers of Canada and Grenada. She stated that they are looking forward to having the market that can be more prevalent in Canada with WestJet vacations.

Cindy Gerhardt also mentioned about her tour to the beautiful attractions of Grenada. She appreciated the Spice Isle and called it a mesmerizing island with beautiful people living there. She said that they are currently inspecting the sites at the hotels and to know what exceptional facilities and amenities they have to offer their guests.

These services by WestJet will be seasonal which will start in December and will continue till April 2025. The services will be provided once in a week, i.e, on Sundays, aiming to give a huge boost the local businesses of Grenada.
