United Airlines to start non-stop services from Houston to Guyana from April 1

United Airlines is all set to start its new non-stop services from George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston to Cheddi Jagan International Airport in Georgetown, Guyana from 1st April 2024. This non-stop service marks the vast travel options that will be provided to the passengers with the motive to make their travel effective and efficient.

United Airlines is all set to start its new non-stop services from George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston to Cheddi Jagan International Airport in Georgetown, Guyana from 1st April 2024. This non-stop service marks the vast travel options that will be provided to the passengers with the motive to make their travel effective and efficient.

The news is shared by the official Facebook page of Cheddi Jagan International Airport, stating “In just 7 days, we will welcome a new airline to Guyana, offering even more travel options”.

As per the details, the airline will operate four times a week, offering the best services to all the passengers, ensuring their travel is comfortable and memorable. The Houston, Texas to Georgetown flights will operate on United’s fleet of Boeing 737MAX 8 aircraft, which has the capacity to hold approx 191 passengers in three different classes.

The aircraft consists of 16 seats in the business class, it offers 74 seats in the premium economy class. Meanwhile, 101 seats are located in the basic economy class. Notably, United Airlines is the first airline that will start its non-stop services from Houston to Georgetown.

The airlines have also made major upgrades with the motive to offer comfortable a plethora of amenities to all the travellers, in order to offer a seamless travel experience to them. The airline invested over $2.5 billion in Terminal B in Houston which created a three-level terminal.

Now, the terminal contains 22 narrowbody gates, 30 gates for small regional jets, and 18 gates for large, two-class regional jets, ensuring safe landing of the flights and security of the passenger’s life.

Several residents of the community took to their social media accounts and expressed gratitude and also highlighted the achievements that Guyana has made over the years.

One person with a Facebook account Dr-Rebecca Bhiro commented “I wished my grandpa was physically alive to see the position our blessed and beautiful Guyana has taken in this God given world. It is truly a blessed country not only because of the oil now, but due to fruits, vegetables, and fish that no other country has to the best of my knowledge.”

“Excellent achievements on the way forward,” wrote Colin Braithwaite.

The citizens of Guyana expressed happiness that these non-stop services will enhance their travel experience and allow them to explore various places, that they have always wanted to visit.
