The identity of the deceased bartender has not been revealed yet by the officers. As per the reports, both the suspects entered a bar in New Green and conducted a robbery. Following that, they took out a gun and opened fire on the bartender, which resulted in her death.
According to the details, the assailants continued shooting while they were trying to escape the place of the incident to catch the car that was waiting outside the bar.
The authorities are probing the matter in detail in order to get the culprit punished for the offense they committed. After this horrifying incident, residents flooded the social media accounts with their views and opinions on the crime. They have expressed their anger and have asked the authorities to take some stringent measures to tackle this increasing crime.
The residents have also asked the authorities to install cameras in the bars for the prevention of crimes, enhancing safety of every citizen of the nation.
One person with a Facebook handle, Monica Henry, commented, “What is happening? Why are they killing out the women? If you have a lady and things are not working out with both of you, and she moves on, just let her be and find yourself another woman.”
Another person with a Facebook account, Mitsuki Sage, commented the following: “One died the first day of work, now another the second day. Imagine going out to try and make an honest bread and dishonest people take your life.”
The administration has promised the citizens that they will continue to conduct such operations in order to curb the increasing crime rate. They have also stated that they will implement strict plans and policies to enhance the security of the country.
