Tobago’s cruise season comes to end with arrival of 3 vessels
With the arrival of three vessels in this month, the cruise season in Tobago is all set to come to an end. The cruises will make their arrival to the shores of both Scarborough and Charlotteville ports. The cruise season in island nation has witnessed enormous growth in terms of the number of visitors and the arrival of vessels to the country.

Tobago: With the arrival of three vessels in this month, the cruise season in Tobago is all set to come to an end. The cruises will make their arrival to the shores of both Scarborough and Charlotteville ports. The cruise season in the island nation has witnessed enormous growth in terms of the number of visitors and the arrival of vessels to the country.
As per the cruise schedule shared by the tourism authority, Seabourn Ovation docked at the Charlotteville port on 3rd April and brought over 500 passengers to the island nation. It offered world-class entertainment and enriching activities to all its visitors.
Later, the passengers disembarked on the island and explored the magnificent beauty, vibrant culture and traditions of the island nation. The large number of travellers also created several doors of employment opportunities for the local citizens and created an improvement in the sales of local vendors, which has played a huge role in generating the maximum amount of revenue.
Following that, the vessels that will be docking at the shores of the island nation include, Celebrity Silhouette will make their visit to the shores of Scarborough on 13th April and Seadream II will arrive on 21st April at the Charlotteville port.
This year, cruise tourism has remained one of the highlights of Tobago, welcoming thousands of passengers to the island nation. This increase in the number of visitors has not only improved the tourism sector but also enhanced the country’s economic conditions.
In the last month, March 2024, the tourism authority welcomed 13 cruise vessels with the arrival of thousands of visitors which reflects the unwavering commitment and dedication of the ministry in making Trinidad and Tobago a perfect destination spot.
The vessels that were docked at the ports include Sea Cloud II, Costa Fortuna, Jewel of the Seas, Seven Seas Splendor, MS Amadea, Marella Voyager, Seabourn Ovation and many more.
Several international visitors who made their visit to the shores have appreciated the tourism authority for their excellent services and have lauded the measures implemented by them to ensure the safety and security of all the travellers
