St Kitts Department of Youth Empowerment has invited the youth entrepreneurs of the nation to come and participate in the Youth Entrepreneurial Advancement Scheme.

Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis: St Kitts Department of Youth Empowerment has invited the youth entrepreneurs of the nation to come and participate in the Youth Entrepreneurial Advancement Scheme.
While asking for attention from the Youth Entrepreneurs, the Department, through official social media, mentioned, “The Department of Youth Empowerment will be hosting a Youth Entrepreneurial Advancement Scheme for young entrepreneurs between the ages of 17-35.”
According to the official update by the Youth Empowerment Department, this seminar will be held from July 17 to 21, 2023, at the Newtown Community Centre. This event will also offer the eligible persons a chance to win a share of EC$10,000.
As per the update, the participants will learn about various business techniques. These techniques will include all business-related practices which will help entrepreneurs to grow and enhance their businesses.
Accordingly, participants will learn the following:

✅Budgeting
✅Financial planning
✅Pitching Your Business
✅Sustainability
✅Writing a winning proposal
✅Creating a Niche Product
✅Marketing
✅Advertising and Research
✅ Self Employment vs launching a business
✅The Role of Social Media

The Department of Youth Empowerment of St Kitts further claimed that this event would be facilitated by Brandy Williams Limited, which is based in the United Kingdom (UK).
“We are grateful to BW Limited for funding this seminar and also to our other partners who have come on board, including the Small Business Development Centre, St Kitts,” it mentioned through its official social media post.
