Search Operation for OceanGate submarine – Titan continues: Reports

The search operation to find the Titan submarine, which has been lost in the Atlantic Ocean, is going on. The Canadian aircraft which is conducting the operation has recently detected ‘banging’ noises from the vicinity of the last known location of the divers.

As per the recent update, rescue efforts are still underway for the OceanGate submarine – Titan, which is used for tourist visits to the Titanic wreckage site.

British billionaire explorer Hamish Harding, renowned French diver Paul-Henri Nargeolet and Pakistani businessman Shahzada Dawood, his 19-year-old son Suleman Dawood and possibly Stockton Rush, the founder of OceanGate Expeditions, is still lost at sea.

The Titan submerged on Sunday, June 18th, from the Canadian research vessel Polar Prince. Authorities confirmed that at roughly 1 hour and 45 minutes into the expedition, the vessel lost communications with the topside. The Titan is equipped with an emergency four-day supply of air, but time is of the essence.

Many people have requested to please keep the crew and rescue teams in people’s thoughts and prayers as they work tirelessly to bring everyone back safely.

As per the Mirror UK, the five men stricken aboard a missing submersible that had ventured to the wreck of the Titanic have just 40 to 41 hours before their oxygen runs out, the US Coast Guard has heartbreakingly revealed.

At a press conference to update the world on the traumatising case that has captivated the world, held at 6 pm BST, Coast Guard chiefs gave the deadline, which would fall around 11 am on Thursday BST.

Experts fear the OceanGate craft may never be found if it sits at the bottom of the Atlantic with a crew of five lost forever onboard.
