A man stabbed to death with a Kitchen knife by his common law wife on Tuesday in Sangre Grande. As per reports, they involved in an argument which led to a death of a man.

Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago: A man stabbed to death with a Kitchen knife by his common law wife on Tuesday in Sangre Grande. As per reports, they involved in an argument which led to a death of a man.
The police released his statement that the deceased was identified as a 19-year-old Nicholas Baptiste and he was a resident of Sahadeen Trace of Vega De Oropouche at Sangre Grande.
They received an information about a murder and the law impeachment officers responded to the matter and arrived at the scene. Upon arrival at the location, they discovered a body of Baptiste lying motionless on the ground.
While examining the body, the police officers observed a stab wound about his chest. He was taken to the Sangre Grande Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The police have detained his wife and seized a blood-stained knife. During questioning they got to know that the couple had involved in fierce argument and in aggression, the woman attacked her husband with a kitchen knife.
The further investigations are continuing by the CID officers of the Sangre Grande. The people around the region expressed their frustration regarding the spike of crimes in Trinidad and Tobago.

“4 year old was beheaded, woman was shot and killed, woman stabs man to death. Everyday is blood in this country. Our land is full of evil.. pray guys pray, cover them and urself everyday”, quoted one.
“Young people need guidance and encouragement, someone to point him in the direction of staying in school, find a part time job, stay on track, don’t shack up…geez. May he rest in peace”, commented another FB user.
Additionally, there is an urgent need to guide the young minds and provide them a path where they can use their capabilities. Evil is roaming around the nature and only the transformation of the minds can help out in such situations.
