Castries, Saint Lucia: Jeremiah Norbert, Saint Lucian politician and Deputy Speaker of The Lower House of the country, has expressed his pleasure after meeting with the local farmers from Superior Brooms in La Pointe.
On Wednesday, April 6, 2023, the politician stated, “This morning, I met with some of the farmers from Superior Brooms in La Pointe, Mon Repos.”
The politician has expressed pleasure in discussing critical topics related to agriculture and farming. He stated that he and the farmers discussed the possibility of converting the current production plant to an agro-processing facility.
He also outlined that this interaction with local farmers was productive and fruitful and will add value and expand the range of products which they currently offer.
Furthermore, he noted that the current economic environment requires the general public of Saint Lucia to be dynamic, responsive and innovative. Jeremiah Norbert added that he applauded the farmers for initiating the discussion and welcomed the opportunity to discuss the future possibilities of the current plant.
Norbert has always worked for the citizens and residents of the country. He has been working tirelessly to provide every necessity to each and every resident of the island nation. The update regarding the meeting with the farmers and people engaged in agricultural practices gathered to praise, and the politician was lauded for participating actively in all the happenings in Saint Lucia.
