PM Terrance Drew celebrates Father’s Day with his constituency #8 and offered memorable event

Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis: The entire world celebrated the contribution of father’s in shaping their children lives on Sunday, 16th June 2024. Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, Dr. Terrance Drew also commemorated this special occasion with the fathers of their constituency #8.

The St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party celebrated Father’s Chill Day on 15thJune 2024 at Conaree National Heroes Park at 1:00 pm. The leader of the nation hosted all the fathers of their constituency and offered them a plethora of experience. By conducting this event, PM Drew aimed to provide a memorable experience to all the fathers who took out time from their busy schedule to celebrate themselves.

All the fathers were provided free food which include goat water, bullfoot soup, grilled fish, conch and chicken with rice, pie, bakes and salad. Along with that the menu also included free drinks such as top shelf and brewery in order to offer a delicious and tempting experience.

PM Drew also hosted board games, races and many more and the winner of these games were awarded with special and exciting prizes. The event witnessed live music and karaoke performances by several fathers of the region as well as the local Caribbean artists.

The leader of the nation also shared glimpses of the celebration of Pre-Father’s Day Chill on his social media account. He called his experience with all the fathers “a great time” and lauded them for their active participation in the entire set of activities hosted by PM Drew.

Moreover, PM Drew also engaged in interesting discussions with the Fathers of his constituency and took their advice on bringing new and innovative concepts for the growth and development of St. Kitts and Nevis.

PM Terrance Drew also visited with his wife, Diani Jimesha Prince Drew and his son to Rivers of living water Christian Centre where they prayed for the well-being of all the fathers of the world. He shed light on the significant role that fathers play in guiding, nurturing their children and leading towards right and valuable path.

“I take this opportunity to wish all fathers a Happy Father’s Day. May we all be encouraged to be better Father’s Day by day,” noted Dr. Terrance Drew.
