Miss Guyana Andrea King left hometown to compete for 71st Miss World pageant
The 26-year-old Miss Guyana Andrea King is all set to represent herself and her nation at the Miss World Contest. The 71st Miss World festival will be conducted in India from 18th February to 9th March.

Guyana: The 26-year-old Miss Guyana Andrea King is all set to represent herself and her nation at the Miss World Contest. The 71st Miss World festival will be conducted in India from 18th February to 9th March.
It is to be noted that the opening ceremony of the event will take place on 20th February in Delhi and the winner will be crowned on 9th March at the Jio World Convention Centre, in Mumbai, India.
Andrea King will compete against over 100 beauties to emerge victorious. She has already left from Georgetown to make her way to the Indian subcontinent.
While expressing her excitement, Andrea King took to her Instagram account and shared updates about the event.
“Off to my biggest adventure yet!!! Taking GUYANA to the WORLD!! My heart is so full!!!! I’m so excited for everything to come. I’m so grateful for all the support from each and every one of you. Thank you for being part of this journey. Our most exciting chapter starts NOW,” wrote Andrea King.
Moreover, Andrea is currently working as a Project Manager for a Private Enterprise. The organization specializes in IT, Telecoms and ICT Services. She aims to complete her MBA and set up her own company.
