The reigning Republic Bank Miss Teen St Kitts & Nevis, Kaitlynn Wilson, is all set to represent the Federation in the 42nd edition of the Haynes Smith Talented Teen Pageant.

Kaitynn Wilson to represent St Kitts and Nevis in Haynes Smith Talented Teen Pageant

The reigning Republic Bank Miss Teen St Kitts & Nevis, Kaitlynn Wilson, is all set to represent the Federation in the 42nd edition of the Haynes Smith Talented Teen Pageant. The Pageant has been scheduled to take place on 30th December 2024, in the British Virgin Islands.

After a period of long 41 years and successful events hosted in St Kitts, the pageant will now be held in different Caribbean nations, starting with British Virgin Islands. It will be held at the Multisports Complex, Road Town, Tortola, for the very first time.

This decision has been undertaken in order to foster relations between Caribbean regions, enhancing connectivity and promote diverse talent, beauty and charm.

The authorities noted that hosting the pageant across various territories will provide fresh perspectives, reflecting practices of international competitions such as the Miss World and Miss Universe Pageants.

As per the details, all the participants of the pageant are expected to arrive in Tortola on 26th December 2024 and will be accommodated at the Maria’s by the Sea Hotel Road Town.

The Haynes Smith Youth Club also extended apologizes for any inconvenience and stated that they are committed to return to St Kitts and Nevis in the near future as a part of its rotational policy which aims to celebrate the rich diversity of the region by sharing hosting responsibilities among different Caribbean nations.

The Miss Haynes Smith Talented Teen Pageant is one of the Youth Club flagship events which highlights the talents and aspirations of young women across the Caribbean.

Notably, the Haynes Smith Miss Caribbean Talented Teen Pageant was established in 1979 with a vision to empower young women across the Caribbean. It plays a huge role in promoting self-confidence, cultural pride and personal growth among all its participants.

Over the years, the Haynes Smith Miss Caribbean Talented Teen Pageant has played a huge role in giving an opportunity to the young talents from across the Caribbean to showcase their talent. From dance routines, vocal performances to captivating theatrical acts and stunning displays of cultural heritage, the contestants never fail to leave the audience in awe.

The authorities noted that Haynes Smith Talented Teen Pageant is all about celebrating the diverse and exceptional abilities of each contestant that make them unique.

Kaitlynn Wilson of the Basseterre High School in St Kitts and Nevis became the Republic Bank Miss Talented Teen at the Warner Park Cricket Stadium in December 2023. Along with the crown, she also won tags such as for Best Talent, Evening Wear, Onstage Interview, and Most Photogenic.

Wilson is truly passionate for dance, gymnastics, aerial arts and many more and she has always been at the forefront in representing her community on a bigger platform. And this time, Wilson is ready to showcase her charm, elegance and talent in the 42nd Haynes Smith Talented Teen Pageant.
