Trinidad and Tobago: Skin hydration is a necessary part of everyday routine which is required to be followed by every person. The Ministry of Health, Trinidad and Tobago shared certain tips regarding protection from sun exposure.

“Protect yourself from Sun Exposure,” mentioned the Ministry of Health, Trinidad and Tobago.

The tips they mentioned under the skin care follows:

  • Use sunscreen with SPF 45 and above. Reapply as instructed.
  • Use Lip balm with sunscreen.
  • Keep yourself hydrated by drinking water. 
  • Aim to drink at least 8 to 10 glasses (250ml) of water daily.

Such tips are the part of basic skin care that can bring up positive change in one’s lifestyle not only by curing the skin or taking care of it. However, it raises self confidence as well. As the perfect and flawless skin would generate leveled up confidence in one.

Such skin care mentioned can be followed while heading out to the beach or in general as well it is of great importance.

Where some of the regions follow four seasons, the Caribbean region only follows two that are dry and wet. And, the Dry season falls from December to May which even raises the concern of skin care.

During the dry season, it is considered that the region experiences the most pleasant weather with warm, sunny days and blue skies. This gives an idea of people enjoying the weather by having outings in the region and lead towards extended tourism but it even can affect negatively due to harsh sun exposure.

To have the sun-safe journey all around, it becomes necessary to take the required care of the skin so that it can bring up the glow beyond all the boundaries. Interestingly, it is very easy and requires just a little effort to follow the tips mentioned by the Ministry of Health, Trinidad and Tobago, that can protect one from sun exposure.
