Dr Denzil Douglas celebrates sixth anniversary of GLF, aims to enhance sustainability

Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis: Minister of Foreign Affairs of St. Kitts and Nevis, Dr. Denzil Douglas celebrated the sixth anniversary of Global Lifestyle Foundation on Sunday, 28th April 2024. His main vision behind the creation of the GLF was to set the Federation on a path towards sustainable existence.

The internationally registered corporation, Global Lifestyle Foundation was established in 2016 with the vision of consultancy and non-profit work. Following that, the foundation (GLF) FZE LLC partnered with its board of Governors, on Saturday 28th April 2018 under the theme “Forging Civil Society Collective Actions for a Sustainable Region”.

Since then, the foundation has been striving hard to foster balanced healthy living, promote societal changes toward more sustainable livelihoods and build resilient communities. 

Minister Denzil Douglas has spent his entire life serving society as medical doctor, politician a teacher and a leader. The plans and policies implemented under his leadership have always worked in favour of the island nation and its citizens. He has been constantly making significant efforts in order to lead the island nation towards its agenda of becoming a sustainable island state.  

The Global Lifestyle Foundation is ultimately the embodiment of his selfless nature and a timeless testimony of his extensive and unwavering record of faithful service to humanity on various key fronts.

Dr Denzil Douglas has always played an active leadership role in many regional and international organizations which shed light on his unwavering commitment and dedication towards advancing the island nation. He has always worked for the betterment of the nation, leading it towards growth and development. 

Through the creation of the GLF, his vision for the success and advancement of St Kitts and Nevis and those who call it home can be realised on a worldwide scale.

His continuous efforts and endless work for the citizens and the country have always been lauded across the nation. This foundation created by him also emphasises the great work which he has been doing to bring sustainability to the country.
