Connectivity disrupted: Flights cancelled in Jamaica and Saint Vincent due to Hurricane Beryl
The Caribbean Airlines has issued the notice regarding the cancellation of certain flights in Jamaica and Saint Vincent for Wednesday, July 3.

Hurricane Beryl after causing immense destruction to several Caribbean Islands, is now barreled towards Jamaica. Following this updated, the Caribbean Airlines has issued the notice regarding the cancellation of certain flights for Wednesday, July 3.
Although the monstrous storm has downgraded from a category 5 to category 4, it still possesses the characteristics of impactful devastation. The hurricane still keeps rushing forward with a speed of 150 mph and is likely to hit Southern regions of Jamaica.
Considering the breakdowns and destruction brought by Beryl, The Caribbean Airlines has cancelled a couple of flights into/out of Kingston that were routed through the impact region for Wednesday, 3 July 2024.
The details of the cancelled flights are given below-
Flight– BW 079 / BW 078
Routing– KINGSTON – TORONTO – KINGSTON
Flight– BW 414 / BW 415
Routing– TRINIDAD – KINGSTON – NASSAU – KINGSTON – TRINIDAD
Following the flight cancellation notice for the Jamaican region, the Caribbean Airlines has also issued a second notice regarding the cancellation of flight into/out of Saint Vincent for Wednesday, 03 July 2024, as the Argyle International Airport remains closed in response to the passage of Hurricane Beryl.

The passengers whose plans were affected by the flight disruptions may rebook accordingly without any extra fees for the same, following the stated conditions-
- Waiver of all fees for rebooking tickets in the same cabin.
- Passengers may rebook for any service up to July 28, 2024, with no penalty involved.
- ALL the required changes MUST be done at a Caribbean Airlines Ticket Office or through Caribbean Airlines Call Centre.
- The Caribbean Airlines WILL NOT be responsible for any expenses incurred by the affected passengers for transportation to/from alternate airport or overnight stays/hotels.
