Caribbean: Ministers extend New Years greetings
The Prime Ministers of Caribbean countries extended new year greetings through social media posts to wish the citizens of the Caribbean region.

Caribbean: New Year gives the complete essence of new beginnings and the greetings for a better future. And, the Prime Ministers of Caribbean countries extended new year greetings through social media posts to wish the citizens of the Caribbean region.
The Prime Ministers, through their greetings, presented all their love and concern for the betterment of the people of the countries.
DOMINICA
Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit wished the residents prosperity and growth for the better times ahead.
“As we embark on the journey into 2024, let us collectively renew our dedication to the advancement and prosperity of our beloved Dominica,” greeted PM Skerrit.
On this, people of the country also showed their love for the Prime Minister of the country by posting comments on the shared post of new year greetings.
“ I wish you all the best for the new year and that you will continue the good work you are doing for the betterment of the country,” commented one.
“ Happy New Year to your Family and you. You are the best Prime Minister. Blessings for you and your Family,” quoted another.
SAINT LUCIA
The Prime Minister of Saint Lucia, Phillip J. Pierre presented a version of 1 Corinthians 15:10 which stated that whoever I am is because of the Lord. He has showered all his grace on us which makes us blessed.
“As we reflect on 2023 and look forward to 2024, let us commit all our plans to the Lord. May your will be done, O Lord. Happy New Year, Everyone,” greeting PM Pierre.
Along with this, he even shared some of the glimpses of 2023 combined together in one video.
ST KITTS AND NEVIS
Terrance Drew, the Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis got hit with health circumstances as he contracted the flu virus and was not able to proceed with the scheduled live broadcast.
However, he extended the greetings to the population of his country in written form through a social media post.
As a New Year greeting, the Prime Minister wished better health, prosperity and the happiest year ahead to all his persons.
ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA
Gaston Browne, the Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda wished an abundance of blessings to the people connecting it with good health, success and joy in the coming year 2024 and beyond.
The public of his nation wished their Prime Minister good health by quoting the wishes like, “ PM I wish you great health, strength, wellness, happiness, peace, love and blessings to you. May the Lord continue to grant you and the members of the Government wisdom and understanding.”
GRENADA
Prime Minister Dickon Mitchell on the first day of the new year (2024) shared a video as the recap of 2023. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to everyone who played a part in the moments that shaped the year.
Further, he added that the support and dedication of all the partner’s supporters has done great in 2023 for the growth of the nation. With this, he added the New Year greeting.
The PM of Grenada as a new year greeting, said that the new chapter has come for new opportunities and transformation of countries like Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique. Also, he added that he is eager to be part of another year of collaboration and growth.
