St Kitts and Nevis: The head of the Citizenship by Investment Unit of St Kitts and Nevis, Michael Martin, has been working dedicatedly towards strengthening the transparency of the programme. He has taken several stringent actions for this.
Under the leadership of Michael Martin, the CBI (Citizenship by Investment) programme has reached to a point where it has become a mark of significant growth. This programme was established in 1984 in St Kitts and Nevis and was the first to be established in the investment migration industry.
For a long time, the programme has remained in a significant position and the head of unit, Michael Martin, is working dedicatedly to ensure the retaining of standards of the programme. Considerably, the amendments were made last year in July 2023, aimed at enhancing the credibility and integrity of the programme. This involved the introduction of a new investment option that is Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC).
This new option (SISC) highlighted the seriousness of the authorities in achieving a sustainable agenda. This majorly focused on providing benefits to the investors that are high net worth individuals by building the infrastructure that can lead towards a sustainable and improved quality of life.
Also, another aspect on which the head, Michael Martin, focused under CBI is the enhancement of due diligence, which contributed greatly to safeguarding the integrity of the programme.
Under Due Diligence, cross referencing is providing an aid in rendering strong results that offer personal benefits like lifetime security of leading a happy life and the enhancement of the business at the global level.
Critical examinations of each aspect are being undertaken as due diligence to ensure the credibility and authenticity of the CBI programme of St Kitts and Nevis.
With his great efforts, Michael Martin has transformed the programme into a better version by offering numerous benefits, which include lifetime citizenship, business opportunities, portfolio diversification and wealth planning,
