Melissa Skerrit invites people to Roseau Christmas Village Grand Finale

Roseau Christmas Village is all set to conclude in Dominica. The Grand Finale is to be hosted in the island nation on Friday, January 5, 2024, at 5 pm at Botanic Gardens.

The event will include the winners of the Shine Like a Star talent show and Amnesia camp pop-up. The Grand Finale will be celebrated under the theme. The theme for the event is “Christmas We Miss You… Carnival I See You.”

The attendees of the event to experience electrifying performances by various artists. The artists include, DJ Shil, Gwada G, Freddy and DJ Taffy. The Grand Finale of Roseau Christmas Village will be sponsored by ads construction inc, Zess Cola and Village Ram Energy Drink.

The Parliamentary Representative of Roseau Central constituency, Melissa Poponne -Skerrit shared on her Facebook account and invited the residents of Dominica to the Amnesia Camp Pop-up. The tagline of this camp is Amnesiacs “We Love You! Carnival is Calling.”

Notably, the events of the Roseau Christmas Village began on 15 December 2023 with Shine like a star Talent Night. The night witnessed many great performances by various artists. The event was followed by Kiddies Christmas Night, the night was especially hosted for kids on December 16 and various activities were conducted for the enjoyment of the kids.

On Sunday, 17 December, a Gospel Concert was held which was followed by Pink Ladies Night (Barbie Edition) on Monday, 18 December. Under the Mistle toe was conducted for all lovers on Tuesday, 19 December and Dominica Government Band Music Lovers Band Concert on the following day.

Moreover, for children, the special events were hosted by the Parliamentary Representative, Annual Children’s Christmas Party on Wednesday, 20 December and Kiddies Circus Extravaganza Christmas Eve Event on Sunday 24 December, 2023.

Moreover, a New Year Celebration was also conducted at Roseau Christmas Village at Botanic Gardens. It was a three-day celebration held from Friday, 29 December 2023 to Sunday, 31 December 2023. The attendees of the event witnessed the exciting and thrilling performances by the artists namely DJ Taffy, DJ Flash and DJ Shil and DJ Flash on 29, 30 and 31 December respectively.
