Meet Misha, a new member of Castries-based dog shelter HelpAWS

Castries, Saint Lucia: Castries-based dog shelter organization HelpAWS has shared a tale of the ‘gift from God’. The organization has introduced a little baby, Misha (whose name means a gift from God), who has been welcomed with her sister Bobbi.

While telling the world about the new family member, the dog shelter noted, “When you search Misha, the meaning of the name is “gift from God”, as well as there could not be a more appropriate name for this sweet girl!”

It added, “Misha and her sister, Bobbi, were just tiny little beans when they came into the shelter, and we immediately knew that Misha was a special soul. First of all, she is STUNNING. I mean, seriously, just look at this pup! But her beauty is so much more than skin deep.”

According to the post by HelpAWS, she may be small in stature, but her personality is huge! This girl optimizes confidence and radiates happiness everywhere she goes. She’s a feisty and curious little girl who loves to explore, play, and cuddle!

It further informed that Misha has been in Canada with her amazing foster family since last week, and she has already settled into “the good life”. Her foster mama tells us, “She is the sweetest! She’s so good on leash and is doing well with potty and crate training too! She’s a fast learner – she knows the “sit” command – and is very food motivated”. She is also great with kids!

While praising the sweet and welcoming Misha, HelpAWS stated that she is acclimating to the cold Canadian winter but still prefers to be nice and toasty warm (who doesn’t?). The thing is, Misha is a loyal little roll dog and will adjust to anything as long as she is with her people. No doubt she will soon love romping through the snow as much as she is going to delight in sunny summer cottage days.

Showing its disappointment over no one’s interest in adopting the little pup, the organisation mentioned, “Shockingly, no one has shown any interest in adopting Misha. We just don’t get it because she is literally the perfect little pupper. We aren’t sure why she’s had no interest. Are people intimidated by her adorable little face? Or afraid there are too many applications for such a pretty girl, so why bother applying? Sadly neither I true, and we want nothing more than someone to scoop this deserving girl up.”
