Local artists of St Kitts and Nevis bring essence of Sugas Mas to Miami
The Revive Miami took place on Sunday, 13th October, 2024 where some of the best entertainers of St Kitts and Nevis hit the road for the ultimate after-road party, A Taste of Sugar Mas in the heart of Miami.

The local talents of St Kitts and Nevis graced the shores of Miami showcasing their talent, and brought the essence of Sugas Mas at Revive Miami through electrifying performances and making the audience groove to their magical and phenomenal acts.
The Revive Miami took place on Sunday, 13th October, 2024 where some of the best entertainers of St Kitts and Nevis hit the road for the ultimate after-road party, A Taste of Sugar Mas in the heart of Miami.
The artists that performed in the event includes, Street Vybz Sound, DJ Dre, Odisi Band, Deejay Smudge, AkaliUsweet, Rucas H.E, David House, Hell Fire Int’l, Dejour, DJ Tero & Friends, and Kollision Band. These local artists represented the twin island nation with unmatched pride and made Revive Miami a massive success.
While shedding light on Revive Miami, the Minister of Creative Economies and Cooperatives of St Kitts and Nevis, Samal Duggins stated that this past weekend has been a historic moment for the country.
He added that the Revive Miami was a beautiful showcase of what Sugar Mas represents and offers i.e., the energy, the culture, the sound of home, delivered to the world stage by the local entertainers of the island nation.
Minister Duggins noted that this moment marks a new chapter for the local creatives and artists of the island nation which states that their talent does not just align with the nation but also holds the capacity and preparedness to showcase the vibrant culture to the entire world.
He further asserted that this was the only commitment he made coming into this role and fulfilled it by exporting their local talent to an international stage and providing them an opportunity to showcase their talent, abilities, skills and techniques.
He also extended gratitude to the Fancy Loaf, the Department of Creative Economy, St. Kitts Nevis National Carnival Committee, and DJ Tero for spearheading this initiative. The Minister noted that it is a testament to their unwavering dedication and commitment to promoting the vibrant culture and traditions of the island nation.
“To our nationals and supporters who showed up to represent, THANK YOU! You are the heartbeat of Sugar Mas. Together, we’re not just keeping the culture alive—we’re taking it worldwide,” noted Minister Samal Duggins.
Sugar Mas 53
The Sugar Mas 53 is one of the biggest festivals of St Kitts and Nevis which is not just a Carnival but also a celebration of the vibrant culture and traditions of the country.
And, this year’s the Sugar Mas 53 will be held under the theme “There is only one place to be SugarMas53,” which promises to ensure every person with an experience like no other and filled with vibrant performances, cultural displays and mesmerizing festive spirit of the country.
