Dominica: Kenisha Antione crowned as Miss Team Dominica 2023

Roseau, Dominica: The Miss Team Dominica 2023 pageant has come to an end, and Kenisha Antoine of the Castle Bruce Secondary School won the title. The news about her victory was shared by ‘Dominica Festivals’.

The organisation took social media and congratulated the young talent of the country. “Congratulations to Castle Bruce Secondary School’s Kenisha Antoine for capturing the title of Miss Teen Dominica 2023!” the post read.

Additionally, it shared the results of the event. According to the result, the first runner-up was Convent High School and the second runner-up was Portsmouth Secondary School. The details of the announced results are as follows:

It further invited the people of the country to get ready for the Miss Dominica Queen Show this Thursday, 16 February, from 8 pm at Carnival City!

During the event, Antoine bagged victory against four other contestants. She was crowned and won the best talent award. After securing victory, Antoine was treated as a hero in her school assembly.

She thanked her classmates and CBSS staff for their continuous support during his journey. She was quoted saying, “I’m proud to represent Castle Bruce Secondary School by wearing this crown. It was a pleasure to speak for you.”

Besides this, the other two participants were Mia Williams from Isaiah Thomas Secondary School (ITSS) and Shian Sylvester from Dominica Grammar School (DGS). The prize for the best speech, best fancy outfit and best evening dress was won by Gage. Additionally, the best answer award during the questions round was bagged by Seaman.
