Dr Denzil Douglas welcomes former PM of Saint Lucia, Dr Kenny Anthony on book launch
Minister of Foreign Affairs of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Denzil Douglas extended a welcome to the former Prime Minister of St Lucia, Dr Kenny Anthony on his second book launch, “Making a Difference.”

Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis: Minister of Foreign Affairs of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Denzil Douglas extended a warm welcome to the former Prime Minister of St Lucia, Dr Kenny Anthony on his second book launch, “Making a Difference.”
The book launch was held on Thursday, 21st March 2024 at the Sir Cecil Jacobs Auditorium, ECCB, Bird Rock at 6 pm. The second book launch was a part of the activities for the celebration of the 35th anniversary of Dr Douglas.
“My Colleague and Friend, Former Prime Minister of St. Lucia and current Minister/Member of Parliament, Hon. Dr. Kenny Anthony. He was the Special Guest Speaker at my Second Book launch, ‘Making A Difference’…on Thursday 21st, March at the Sir Cecil Jacobs Auditorium, ECCB, Bird Rock,” noted Dr Denzil Douglas.
Notably, Professor Green conducted a presentation during the launch of the book as well as shared the contents of the book. He gave a reference to two primary goals of Dr Denzil Douglas’s life which are empowerment and transformation through the empowerment of the people.
Along with that, he also shed light on the four mandatory aspects of Dr Denzil Douglas’s life which include land use, diversification, finance and retirement policies and CBI.
Dr Denzil Douglas has completed his exception journey of 35 years of services for developing St Kitts and Nevis. The Minister has implemented several plans, policies and agendas with a vision to elevate the nation to greater heights.
His unwavering commitment and dedication have played a huge role in the development of the nation. Dr Douglas was appointed as Minister on 21st March 1989 and since then he has performed his duties diligently in order to ensure smooth functioning for the welfare of the nation.
During his 35 years of service, residents of his constituency have enjoyed the development and various other benefits provided under Dr Denzil Douglas’s leadership.
The citizens of the Federation of St Kitts and Nevis have also lauded the tiring efforts of Dr Douglas whose commitment towards the development of various sectors of the country has always remained the top priority.
