Dominica establishes new football team
Parliamentary Representative Melissa Poponne-Skerrit announces the 1st football team who will be taking part in the Roseau Central Small Goal League(CSGL), the Zone Rouge Football Club(ZRFC).

Dominica: Parliamentary Representative Melissa Poponne-Skerrit announced the 1st football team who will be taking part in the Roseau Central Small Goal League(CSGL), the Zone Rouge Football Club(ZRFC).
Melissa Poponne-Skerrit stated, “Earlier this evening, we established the 1st football team who will be taking part in the Roseau Central Small Goal League, the Zone Rouge Football Club. This is part of my sporting revolution plan for Roseau Central.”
Melissa Poponne-Skerrit is the wife of Prime Minister Hon. Roosevelt Skerrit &Parliamentary Representative for the Roseau Central Constituency in the Commonwealth of Dominica.
Dominican resident Handel Nicholas wrote, “I am a 70’s man when Dominica had great footballers reviving football in Dominica is a great thing thanks, miss.”
Another citizen, Aby Sulayman, commented, “An interest in sports is always a commendable act, kudos to all who contribute to the development of sports.”
After the selection of Kaveem Hodge for the test squad of west indies to play, the upcoming Bangladesh tour made every citizen more enthusiastic.
Kaveem Hodge is not only the future of sports, but people like him are the future of Dynamic Dominica. Dominica is rising day by day under the leadership of Prime Minister Skerrit. Youth like Kaveem has the power to change this world. This has boosted the enthusiasm of budding sportsperson in the nation.
This gave a boost to initiate a sporting revolution, which is the dream of Parliamentary Representative Melissa Poponne-Skerrit. She wants to execute a sporting revolution plan for Roseau Central.
To revive the economy of Dominica, it is important to inculcate energy and inspiration in the citizens. Along with education, it is significant to enhance the latitude of sports in the nation.
With slow and steady, Dominica will reach the sky and add fortunes to the future of the country. Dominica is in the phase of defeating COVID-19 and will fulfill its target soon.
