Roseau, Dominica: The days filled with great excitement have been announced to take place in the month of August. The Breakfast Fete weekend will start from August 9 and will end on August 12, 2024. This will be held at Grand Bay.
This year, it is going to be the 8th edition of summer daybreak. With its announcement, excitement among the people of the country is being seen, which even serves as an attractive factor for other people.
Every year, the summer fete is celebrated in the country and last year as well, it was held in the month of August at the cultural capital, Grand Bay. The official colour for last year’s fete was blue.
However, this year, the call to guess the official color of this year has been made to the people of the country. In the creative, where all the information regarding the event is detailed, each alphabet of the ‘COLOR’ is designed with a different color.
It is mentioned as; C in blue, O in red, L in green, O in purple and R in yellow. This gives an idea to guess the official color of this year’s fete.
Considerably, the Ministry of Tourism, Discover Dominica Authority, and Dominica Festivals Committee partnered with Bouyou Boss and Ambassador, Asa Bantan. The collaborative efforts of the authorities made the event a great hit and much loved by the general public.
Ms Tarnia Eugene, the second runner up of Dominica’s Queen Show 2023 was featured at the last year’s fete. She was dressed in a blue outfit and people loved her features at the event. People even liked the way the official color was revealed.
One of the citizens on the revelation mentioned, “ Love the way the color was revealed. It’s wow.”
While other commented, “stunning reveal.”
Even for this year, the event is expected to be the most loved and fun filled for the people of the beautiful small island, Dominica.
