Atlantic City Carnival: Annual Search for Ambassadors Begins

Atlantic City Carnival Ambassadors is looking for Caribbean American Ambassadors and Caribbeans who will represent the various Caribbean cultures, heritage and backgrounds this year. The event will be held from July 18 to July 21, 2024.

These Ambassadors will spread the word about the events of the Atlantic City Carnival Weekend of Parade.

The reservation of the candidates for the selection as an Atlantic City Carnival Ambassador include-

• A person must be above 21 years of age.
• Strong personal presence and brand on social media with an engaged and occupied recognition or following on platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
• Knowledge and passion about the Caribbean traditions, culture, food, music and craft. Individuals should have a genuine interest in participating in and promoting Caribbean Carnival.
• Good communication skills are required in speaking and writing, which will effectively promote the carnival and connect with their online community.
• Individuals should possess a strong network across the Caribbean community, which will support them to promote the Atlantic City Carnival at a wider level.
• One should have the leadership quality and the potential to inspire and recommend others to get involved in the carnival and encourage Caribbean culture.
• Experience in marketing or event planning or curiosity to learn and develop this expertise.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a desire to cooperate with others and showcase the Atlantic City Carnival professionally.
