Windward Islands Under-15 Cricket Championship returns to Saint Lucia

The Windward Islands Under-15 Cricket Championship is all set to return, scheduled to take place in Saint Lucia.

The tournament will run from Sunday, 8^th December, 2024 to Sunday, 15^th December, 2024, with all matches, starting at 9:30 am.

The Championship will feature 4 Caribbean nations, i.e., Dominica, Grenada, St Vincent and the Grenadines and Saint Lucia to compete for the ultimate trophy and winning prize money.

The participating teams features a mix of promising cricketers from across the island to showcase their talent, skills and techniques in the tournament.

The Windward Islands Under-15 Cricket Championship is a part of an ongoing effort of the authorities towards promoting young cricketers in the Caribbean. This tournament will play a significant role in providing an opportunity for young cricketers to gain invaluable experience in competitive matches and develop their skills on the field.

Monday, 9^th December

• Saint Lucia vs St Vincent and the Grenadines (Daren Sammy Cricket Ground)
• Grenada vs Dominica (Gros Islet playing field)

Wednesday, 11^th December

• Saint Lucia vs Dominica (Daren Sammy Cricket Ground)
• Grenada vs St Vincent and the Grenadines (Gros Islet playing field)

Thursday, 12^th December

• Saint Lucia vs Grenada (Daren Sammy Cricket Ground)
• St Vincent and the Grenadines vs Dominica (Gros Islet playing field)

In the final round of competition, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines will compete against Saint Lucia at the Gros Islet Playing Field on Saturday, 14^th December, 2024. Meanwhile, Grenada will compete against Dominica at Mindoo Phillip Park on the same day.

On the final day, Saint Lucia will play against Dominica at the Darren Sammy Cricket Ground. On the other hand, St Vincent will clash against Grenada at Gros Islet playing field.
