UVI set to host Energy and Sustainable Fair, know vendors’ list
The University of the Virgin Islands’ Caribbean Green Technology Centre invited the Virgin Islands Community for its 2nd Annual Energy & Sustainable Fair scheduled on Saturday, 28th October 2023.

The University of the Virgin Islands’ Caribbean Green Technology Centre invited the Virgin Islands Community for its 2nd Annual Energy & Sustainable Fair scheduled on Saturday, 28th October 2023 at 9 am in the Elridge Blake Sports and Fitness Centre on the Orville E. Kean Campus on St. Thomas.
This Energy Fair is being celebrated under the theme of “Accelerating Resilience in the Virgin Island”.
The theme will highlight the importance of guiding the public and providing them a chance to interact with several experts and professionals of water security, composting and sustainability and solar energy so that they can guide them about resilient homes.
The Director of Caribbean Green Technology Centre “Greg Guannel”, stated that the future is uncertain in both the aspects of climate and international politics. Therefore, there is a need to ensure that they could adapt their homes in such a manner so that they could avail a sustainable life.
