Trinidad and Tobago recorded 63 new cases of COVID-19 and two more COVID-19 deaths, and the number of COVID-29 deaths in the country is now 115.
The Ministry of Health said in the 4 pm report on Saturday that of 14 out of the 63 new cases are from the prison system, and one case is a person who is a repatriate.
The Ministry added that the 63 new positive cases are from the samples taken between November 18 and 20.
The tally of the total number of cases in Trinidad and Tobago stands at 6,324.
Trinidad and Tobago currently has 615 active cases.
Chief Medical Officer Dr Roshan Parasram revealed on Saturday that there was a slight rise in COVID-19 cases, with a daily average of 37.
