St Lucia Tourism Authority joins hands with New York Travel and Adventure Show
Four ancillary service providers representing Brand Saint Lucia at the New York Travel and Adventure Show have joined the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority.

St Lucia: Four ancillary service providers representing Brand Saint Lucia at the New York Travel and Adventure Show have joined the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority (SLTA).
“The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority (SLTA) is joined by four ancillary service providers, representing Brand Saint Lucia at the New York Travel and Adventure Show,” the Tourism Authority of St Lucia informed.
The tourism authority further notified that “the largest travel trade and consumer show in North America’ have welcomed over 35,000 attendees and 750 exhibitors from more than 175 countries prior to the COVID-19 pandemic hitting the world.
“Dubbed ‘The Largest Travel Trade and Consumer Show in North America’, pre-pandemic the event welcomed more than 35,000 attendees with over 750 exhibitors from more than 175 countries, making it the largest travel trade and consumer show in North America,” St Lucia Authority mentioned.
While moving towards the path of recovery, the authority stated it as an advantage to bring destination tourism back to the country.
The authority further informed, “With the global travel context moving towards a full recovery from the pandemic, it is an opportune time to continue positioning the destination’s global prominence.”
The authority would place special focus on the island’s communities, which focuses on the niches like romance, adventure, culinary, wellness, family, accommodations.
“Team Saint Lucia is placing special focus on the island’s authentic and immersive experiences throughout our communities. Our focus niches include romance, adventure, culinary, wellness, family, accommodations, and much more,” it added.
For now, the travel destination only welcomes daily flights from the United States as well as from New York’s JFK by JetBlue and weekly flights from New Jersey with JetBlue and United Airlines. Flights from Miami, Boston, Charlotte, Philadelphia, Chicago, Dallas, and Atlanta are welcomed by St Lucia through direct service.
