Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis: The Kittitian Heartbeat, which promotes the Faces and Experiences of the St Kitts Tourism Industry, has recently shared an update regarding the participation of Minister of Tourism of the Federation of St Kitts and Nevis – Marsha T Henderson in Route America 2023.

The Minister of the twin-island nation attended one of the leading events for industry professionals on March 23, 2023. While informing about the participation of the Tourism Minister and the event, the Facebook page noted, “St Kitts delegation led by Honourable Marsha T Henderson attends Routes America 2023, one of the region’s leading events that allows industry professionals to build high-value relationships.”

According to the post, the officials have assured to continue to network and negotiate growth opportunities for air service development and marketing of the destination, which is one of the prominent choices of the travellers.

The Minister of Tourism, Marsha Henderson, was accompanied by tourism and transport officials, namely, Ermelin Sebastian-Duggins, Chairlady, SKTA; Ellison “Tommy” Thompson, CEO, SKTA; Adeola Moore, CEO, SCASPA; Melnecia Marshall, Deputy CEO, SKTA, and Candice Kimmel, Airlift Consultant, SKTA, as per Kittitian Heartbeat.

Following the fruitful and successful meeting, Minister of Tourism Henderson delivered an airlift update from Routes 2023. She expressed gratitude and thanked all the partners, assisting in the promotion of the destination among the tourists seeking a location for visitation to the country. “I am incredibly proud of the continuous hard work of all of the tourism partners as well as the collective efforts of the destination to raise stay-over visitation to St Kitts and Nevis,” Henderson was quoted saying.

Tourism Minister Henderson has been putting in efforts for the promotion and growth of the Tourism industry of St Kitts and Nevis. Earlier as well, St Kitts welcomed interCaribbean Airways’ service to and from Barbados. The new airlift options increase accessibility to St Kitts more than ever before, opening the door to convenient, same-day connectivity from Barbados and surrounding Caribbean islands.
