St Kitts and Nevis shares revised schedule of cruise call
The Government of the twin-island federation has announced that, on March 14, 2022 (Monday), Silver Spirit will not dock as compared to the made scheduled call to St. Kitts.

St Kitts and Nevis: The Government of the twin-island federation has announced that, on March 14, 2022 (Monday), Silver Spirit will not dock as compared to the made scheduled call to St. Kitts.
The government further stated that the Grandeur of the Seas would not make its scheduled call on March 15, 2022 (Tuesday).
St Kitts and Nevis government has again shared the cruise schedule for the week, which would conclude on March 19, 2022 (Saturday).
As per the ‘revised’ schedule, on March 16, 2022, three cruises will dock at Port Zante. These three are – Carnival Magic, Celebrity Apex, and Seven Seas Navigator.
The schedule for March 17, 2022, will remain the same as before. On Thursday, five cruises will dock at St Kitts and Nevis; of the total, three cruises will be at Port Zante, which is – Aida Diva, Celebrity Equinox, and Seven Seas Splendor, and two will be on Basseterre Harbour, Star Flyer, and Star Legend.
On March 18, 2022, no cruise will dock at Port Zante, and South Friar’s Bay will witness Seabourn Odyssey.
March 19, 2022, will witness three cruises, namely, Explorer of the Seas, MSC Seaview, and Norwegian Epic.
Tourism, especially cruise tourism, plays a significant role in the revenue generation in small island countries, like St Kitts and Nevis. Pandemic severely affected the cruises tourism in St Kitts and Nevis, but fortunately, the nation headed towards the path of normalcy in early September in the year 2021.
On September 14, 2021, the first cruise was officially docked on the Port Zante, carrying around 1,147 passengers, post COVID-19.
