St Kitts and Nevis: The Government has shared the cruise schedule on March 12, 2022.

The government informed that Viking Sea did not make its scheduled call to St Kitts on March 12, 2022 (Saturday) due to high winds.

Presently, the government has shared the details for the period between March 13, 2022, and March 19, 2022.

According to the shared cruise schedule, on March 13, 2022 (Sunday), around three cruises will dock at Port Zante. These cruses include – Azamara Quest, Celebrity Millennium, and Enchantment of the Seas.

On March 14, 2022 (Monday), Port Zante will witness only one cruise – Silver Spirit.

On March 15, 2022 (Tuesday), the only cruise that would dock at the Port is Grandeur of the Seas.

On March 16, 2022 (Wednesday), Port will witness docking of around three cruises – Carnival Magic, Celebrity Apex, and Seven Seas Navigator.

On March 17, 2022 (Thursday), five cruises will dock at Port Zante; of the total, three cruises will be at Port Zante, these are – Aida Diva, Celebrity Equinox, and Seven Seas Splendor, and two will be on Basseterre Harbour, Star Flyer, and Star Legend.

On March 18, 2022 (Friday), only one cruise – Seabourn Odyssey, will dock at South Frair’s Bay, and no cruise will dock at the Port Zante.

On the last day – March 19, 2022 (Saturday), Port Zante will witness three cruises – Explorer of the Seas, MSC Seaview, and Norwegian Epic.

Cruises Tourism in St Kitts and Nevis:

After COVID-19 restrictions were lifted, cruise tourism in Caribbean countries showed a significant recovery, and the major player in this return was the federation of St Kitts and Nevis. The twin-island country has witnessed a steady improvement in stay-over arrivals.

Post-pandemic, the country headed back to the path of restoration, and on September 14, 2021, the first cruise was officially docked on the Port Zante, carrying around 1,147 passengers.
