St Kitts and Nevis: The government of St Kitts and Nevis and Micheal Martin, the head of the Citizenship by Investment Unit, interacted with the investors and promoted their highly sought-after Programme during the conference in London.
Various stakeholders and agents, such private wealth community, including private investment banks, immigration law firms and investor immigration agents, attended the event. While portraying St Kitts and Nevis as an ideal destination for investment, the government of the twin-island federation invited the HNWIs to invest in the country.
Michael Martin highlighted the initiatives undertaken by the government of St Kitts and Nevis and its CIU to enhance the citizenship by investment programme of St Kitt and Nevis during the event. They shed light on the aspects they followed to put the country on a sustainable, inclusive growth path.
Moving on the path, St Kitts and Nevis CIU have recently announced significant changes to its Citizenship by Investment Programme, which assists in the economic diversification of the twin-island federation. CIU Head Michael Martin also referred to St Kitts and Nevis as the pioneer of the global investor immigration industry for nearly 40 years during the conference.
Speaking about the positive upgrades to the programme, Martin added that it is necessary to step along with the ever-changing world and make substantial changes suited to the need of international investors and stakeholders so that the right kind of investment can help the country pave the development path.
Outlining the benefits of the alternative citizenship of St Kitts and Nevis, Michael Martin added that its offers lifetime benefits such as access to new markets, the opportunity to explore the business world, and lead life in a stable and safe environment.
He asserted that alternative citizenship is designed to benefit international investors and local industries. While providing substantial opportunities to HNWIs, the citizenship by investment programme of St Kitts and Nevis also works as a platform to boost the local citizens and helps them to mitigate global uncertainty.
The Citizenship by Investment Programme has always remained a significant aspect in the diversification of the country’s economy, and its evolution with time has shown the commitment of the government to strengthening the economy of the federation.
The establishment of the Sustainable Growth Fund (Fund Option) was aimed at the socio-economic development of the country. The funds generated through the investment option provided financial support to various development projects such as education institutions, medical facilities, construction of the infrastructure, the development of local tourism, the preservation of local culture and heritage and the support of sustainable growth initiatives in the country.
In the recent updates, Citizenship by Investment Unit announced the Limited Time Offer (LTO) for a period of 6 months from 1 January to 30 June 2023 on the Sustainable Growth Fund. In order to increase competitiveness and attractiveness of the alternative citizenship of St Kitts and Nevis, Michael Martin, with his bold steps, works efficiently.
Limited Time Offer will provide benefits to the applicants with the reduction of the minimum amount of contribution payable by applicants and will qualify for the accelerated CBI application with a shortening of the processing time from 90 days from the Citizenship by Investment Unit’s acknowledgement of receipt of the application to 60 days.
