The first game of Week 16 of the Trinidad and Tobago Premier Football League was conducted between Central Football Club and Athletic Club Port of Spain Football Club. The game was played at the venue La Horquetta Rec Ground at 6:00 pm. Despite efforts from players of both teams, the match was a draw, resulting in the final score of 2-2.

The next game of Week 16 of the league was played between Miscellaneous Police Football Club and Club Sando Football Club at the same venue i.e. La Horquetta Rec Ground at 8:10 pm. This was the second game on the same day to be drawn, resulting in the final score of 1-1. Jamal Jack of Club Sando was unfortunate enough to score an own goal.

The third game of Week 16 of the Trinidad and Tobago Premier Football League was scheduled to take place between Eagles Football Club and Morvant Caledonia Football Club. The game was played on Saturday, 16th March 2024 at 6 pm. The players from both teams performed very well and displayed the best game. The game was won by Morvant Caledonia FC by a score of 3-0.

The next game of Week 16 of the Trinidad and Tobago Premier Football League was conducted between Defence Force Football Club and Heritage Petroleum Point Fortin Civic Football Club. Both teams fought hard till the last minute of the game in an attempt to come away with a victory. Andre Ettienne led his team to a victory by scoring a goal at a critical time, thus stealing the game. The game was won by Heritage Petroleum FC by a score of 4-3.
