PM Terrance Drew denies his involvement in US RICO Lawsuit and promises to enhance Good Governance
While clarifying all the allegations, PM Terrance Drew stated that he has always maintained transparency and authenticity in his work and will continue to make constant efforts for leading the nation towards growth and development.

Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis: Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, Dr. Terrance Drew denied all the fake claims made against him about his involvement in US RICO Lawsuit. While clarifying all the allegations, he stated that he has always maintained transparency and authenticity in his work and will continue to make constant efforts for leading the nation towards growth and development.
Notably, PM Terrance Drew shared a Press Release on his social media accounts about his involvement in US RICO Lawsuit and asked all the citizens to view it. He noted “I invite you to view the press release provided on the matter of the US RICO lawsuit.”
The leader of the nation has made it abundantly clear that neither any lawsuit has been filed against him nor has he been named in any such lawsuit in the United States of America. He further asserted that it was under his leadership that the underselling of CBI was outlawed in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.
Moreover, PM Drew focused on enhancing and promoting Good Governance Agenda and for the same, he stated that administration is making continuous efforts to uphold the integrity of all programmes and plans being implemented by them.
Following that, the leader of the nation emphasised his clarity on a second claim for judicial review. He remarked that being the Minister of National Security, it is his responsibility and duty to address local judicial review claims. He further shed light on a claim for judicial review and stated that it is a legal proceeding where the court can review a government’s administrative actions.
PM Drew outlined that this judicial review is an entirely separate legal proceeding from the RICO lawsuit in the US Federal Court. He further noted that this judicial review does not allege any impropriety, misconduct, or corruption on his part.
Considering his agenda of good governance, PM Terrance Drew promised to continue leading the nation with integrity and dignity. He also made a request to all the Ministers serving his administration and all the government officials and civil servants to discharge the duties that have been entrusted to them with utmost honesty, transparency and integrity. He also asked them to always keep the agenda of good governance in mind while doing any work for the government of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.
