PM Drew in list of most influential and impactful leaders, 2023

St Kitts and Nevis: Dr. Terrance Drew, the Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis got featured in the list of most influential and impactful leaders of the year 2023, highlighting the moment of honour.

On this, even the Prime Minister mentioned that he is so grateful to be a part of such a list. All the leaders in the list of best Caribbean leaders have played a significant role in the positive change in the Caribbean region. There are five leaders included in it.

List to the leaders are as follows:

• The Prime Minister of Barbados, Mia Amor Mottley,
• The President of Guyana, Irfaan Ali
• The Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Ralph Gonsalves,
• The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Terrance Drew
• The Prime Minister of Dominica, Roosevelt Skerrit

Emphasizing on The PM of St Kitts and Nevis, Terrance drew, he was elected in 2022 and interestingly, in a very short period, he has marked the country towards the growth. This even took it towards the recovery of St Kitts and Nevis.

When connecting to the republic movement, he also stated that the Government of St Kitts and Nevis will take a public consultation regarding the republic movement. Also, the country has seen remarkable progress as part of its economic outlook.

Considerably, when the deficit is considered of the region, the Prime Minister has played the role by reducing it by 60%. Also, the government made increments to the salaries of government employees and 8 %.

Significantly, 50%of the salary bonus as well was given to all civil servants, Government auxiliary employees (GAES), Pensioners, and step Workers as Christmas Bonus.

Above this, all the other employees got the bonus of EC$500 and the savings account for all children with EC$1000.
