WATO – Ultimate Outdoor Cooking Experience returns to Dominica

The Outdoor Cooking Festival, WATO is all set to be celebrated today, 2^nd November, 2024, aiming to provide an unforgettable kitchen experience to all the citizens of Dominica.

This cooking event will be presented by Chef Nyanda Peltier-Charles and Rosalie Bay Resort in Dominica. The authorities ensure to offer a delicious and entertaining experience to all the attendees which someone would have witnessed never before.

Notably, WATO which means fire in Dominica’s Kalinago language and is the only outdoor cooking event. This event offers delicious delicacies to all the attendees while indulging them in vibrant performances from diverse cultural groups of the island nation.

As per the details, the Nature Isle is celebrating One Pot which is a tribute to Dominica, the land of the bouyon. And, this year, the tourism authority of the island nation will welcome 6 chefs from all over the Caribbean to cook, connect, and savor incredible flavors of the region.

Onsel: This single ticket is for the onlooker who just wants to come for the vibes. Under this, the citizens will get one complimentary drink and a small meal. It is available at $40 USD.

Pli Piti Bann: This ticket is for micro group which includes 3 minimum and 4 maximum people. Under this, citizens will get 2 drink tickets per person, box of ingredients for the group, and 1 fire assistant. Available at $80 USD.

Piti Bann: This ticket is for people who are in a small group with 5 minimum and 7 maximum citizens. Under this, the citizens will get 2 drinks tickets per person, 1 box of ingredients for the group, and 1 fire assistant. It is available at $74 USD.

Gwo Bann: This ticket is for the people who are in large group with 8 minimum and 12 maximum people. This one is for those who roll deep and is ideal for corporate groups, clubs, and squad. Under this the citizens would get 2 drink tickets per person, box of ingredients for the group, and 1 fire assistant. Available at $70 USD.
