Trinidad and Tobago: UNC party calls PM Keith Rowley, and the PNM Government admission is an education scandal.

According to UNC, The admission by the Ministry of Education that almost 50,000 students have never admitted to the learning platform and are therefore being left behind by Keith Rowley and the PNM Government which is heartbreaking. It is truly an education scandal.
Furthermore, UNC added; however, this segregation and discrimination against our children have been the intended, heartless policy of the PNM, driven by pure political spite and pettiness, regardless of whom it hurts.
Ten years ago, the innovative program of distributing laptops to every student put Trinidad and Tobago is the world’s vanguard. We were identified globally as leaders. Our comprehensive plan of equality shrunk the digital and status divide.
The most impoverished children from the most remote areas of the country experienced the same access to the world of information as did the most privileged children. This has always been our goal.
UNC accused, but under Keith Rowley, T&T has fallen from global leader to global vagrant.
Keith Rowley’s and the PNM’s spite and petty politics attempted to tear down the program from its beginning.
In addition to the 50,000 students who have never logged on, thousands more who initially attended virtual school fell off. This was because of low or no connectivity, because they had to give back borrowed smartphones, or because they did not have surveillance and support at home to keep them attending online classes.
A Facebook user commented, “Give us your solutions because there are MANY more who cannot afford laptops. Solutions are what we need to hear, not criticism.”
T&T resident commented, “People this government does not believe in education, he loves how dunce they are because he can manipulate then and they will not know the difference, just look at some of their posts, they love the cult, and he is leading them to their demise, and they are blind to it.”
Furthermore, that resident added, “The opposition can bring up issues, yes. Still, it doesn’t say they will do anything; they shut her down that speaker in the house is one racist when Mr. Anil start, she keeps interrupting him. I believe everyone knows how they bash her, all the ones who did not vote for her let them go buy a laptop now, and yes, many of them do not care and love their kids enough to want a better future for them as they say action speaks louder than words.”
