Two shooting incidents results in three deaths and injuries to three in Jamaica

St Elizabeth, Jamaica: The police reported two separate shooting incidents in St Elizabeth leaving three men dead and three injured. These two incidents are reported to be occurred within a span of 26 hours.
As per the details, a man with an arm attacked the four individuals, which resulted in the death of two and the other two individuals got severe injuries. Notably, this incident took place at a bar in Santa Cruz. According to the reports, the victims were at the bar when they got fired by the armed man.
All four men were taken to the hospital and were thoroughly examined by the medical team. The two were pronounced dead by the doctors and the other two who were wounded were given the proper treatment, one has been released from the hospital and the other man is still hospitalised and under medical supervision.
The name of the deceased has been identified as 21-year-old Javed Griffiths, a resident of Church Road in the Northampton district and 34-year-old, Dorado Green, a resident of Beadles Boulevard.
Moreover, on Saturday, another shooting incident took place which claimed the life of a 29-year-old, Tevin Williams alias ‘Dino’, a mechanic by profession and a resident of Dougal Road in Vineyard district.
According to the details shared by the officers, both the victims were standing outside a shop in the community area when the man with a firearm got out of his vehicle and shot fire at the two individuals.
This incident resulted in the death of one and severe injuries to another. Subsequently, both the victims were taken to the hospital one man was pronounced dead and the other man was given the proper treatment, ensuring his speedy recovery.
Several residents of the community took to their social media accounts and extended condolences to the friends and family of the deceased and expressed their views on the news.
One person with a Facebook account Credit Buzz commented “Jamaica is not a real place. Condolences.”
Another person commented the following “What is happening in Jamaica, this is so disheartening to see that people are losing their lives so easily.”
Such crimes are becoming a cause of concern for the citizens of Jamaica and people are demanding the authorities to take stringent measures to curb the increase in crime rates.
