Trinidad and Tobago: Caribbean Airlines celebrates Varma Deyalsingh’s Birthday in clouds

Trinidad and Tobago: Caribbean Airlines celebrated the birthday of former Senator, Varma Deyalsingh of Trinidad and Tobago 35, 000 feet up in the clouds. Sherene Kalloo, Deyalsingh’s wife shared a glimpse of the celebration on her social media, which is getting viral all over the internet.

The cake-cutting ceremony was a surprise for the Senator and his wife, who was traveling through the airlines. Sherenee Kalloo, while sharing the video, noted that, “When you can celebrate the life of your soulmate more than 35,000 feet up in the clouds, you know life has but been more than just a blessing.”

She seemed quite excited about this cheerful celebration by the airlines. The senator on the other hand seemed shocked and thanked the members who planned the whole surprise for him. Sherene in her post stated, “Hubby was in complete shock.”

Sherene, in her social media post then thanked the airlines for creating special memories for them on the Senator’s birthday.

She specifically thanked Nadia, Ameera, and pilot Captain Baksh while noting them as the brains behind the surprise. She further noted, “Thank you ladies for also singing. Love you guys,” highlighting that a Happy Birthday song was sung by the staff following the cake-cutting ceremony.

The couple are reputed doctors who are known for their services throughout the island nation of Trinidad and Tobago. Senator Deyalsingh who is also a psychiatrist has served the Twin Island nation for more than 5 years.

He participated in several debates during his tenure which aimed at implementing new policies for the betterment of the nation. Deyalsingh is also a notable figure among locals as he actively engages in promoting mental health and providing psychiatric treatments to his patients.

Sherene Kalloo is a renowned gynecologist servicing the residents of Trinidad and Tobago for a while. She currently serves at the St. Augustine Private Hospital in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.
