St Lucia announces new COVID-19 related protocols
The Ministry of Health has announced the revised COVID-19 protocols for hosting social events, travelling, public transport, and accommodation.

St Lucia: The Ministry of Health has announced the revised COVID-19 protocols for hosting social events, travelling, public transport, and accommodation. These revised protocols will be effective from April 4, 2022 (Monday).
The revised protocols are as follows:
Social Activities –
An individual may host or attend a social event or recreational activity that consists of not more than two hundred fully vaccinated persons.
A person, with the approval of the Chief Medical Officer, may host or attend a social event or recreational activity that consists of more than two hundred but not more than three hundred fully vaccinated persons.
Travel –
The Chief Medical Officer may not require a COVID-19 test from a national, resident or non-national arriving in St Lucia who is fully vaccinated person produces a valid vaccination record.
Travel authorisation for entry into St Lucia remains suspended until further notice.
A fully vaccinated person who wishes to travel to St Lucia must upload to the designated portal valid proof of his/her vaccination certificate/ record.
The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is not prevented from placing a person under quarantine at a quarantine facility or at home to protect the health of a person or for public health.
An unvaccinated person who wishes to travel to St Lucia must upload onto the designated portal a valid negative PCR test to facilitate entry.
An unvaccinated person shall submit a valid negative PCR test taken within five days prior to arrival in St Lucia.
Public Transport –
A person shall not operate a public omnibus on the road that is loaded with more than three (3) passengers in each row.
Accommodation –
Removal of the restrictions for certified accommodation providers to provide services to only fully vaccinated persons.
Removal of the restrictions on the sale of the disposal of intoxicating liquor to non-vaccinated persons for consumption on licensed premises.
