Myanmar against China: Chinese factories burnt, 39 people dead

World: Anger and resentment against the military regime in Myanmar have been steadily increasing. But in the amid of all this, public anger has erupted on China, and protesters are targeting Chinese companies. 

According to reports, the army has shot and killed 22 protesters burning Chinese companies in Myanmar. Chinese companies were being burnt in Myanmar’s main city of Halingathay, after which the army opened fire on the protesters. In which 39 people are killed.

On the other hand, 16 more protesters have been killed during protests against the army in different parts of the country. According to the Assistance Association for Political Prisoners, i.e., AAPP, Sunday has been the most violent day since the military rule in Myanmar on 1 February. While 22 people have been shot and killed by the army in the country, a policeman has also died at the hands of the protesters.

Myanmar has the most people against China. At the same time, after the burning of factories of Chinese companies, the Chinese Foreign Ministry issued a statement saying that “some Chinese employees have also suffered injuries in the demonstration, the factory was attacked with weapons and we are from the Myanmar Administration of China Property’ And demand protection to the Chinese people.” 

China is considered a supporter of Myanmar’s military army junta, and that is why there has been public outrage against Myanmar against China. According to eyewitnesses, fumes of smoke are rising in the industrial area, while eyewitnesses said that the army personnel fired bullets on the protesters, in which 22 protesters have been killed.

At the same time, the TV channel of the Myanmar Army has said that “more than 2000 protesters burned the first four garment factories, while a fertilizer plant was also set on fire. After which the army had to take action.”

However, a spokesman for the Myanmar army junta has not responded to the deaths of 39 people. At the same time, Myanmar MP Dr. Sasha has expressed grief while paying tribute to those killed by the military. He said in his statement that a single drop of blood that fell from the bodies of Myanmar’s people would be avenged by those criminals, abductors, and attackers of Myanmar’s democracy. They will be held responsible ‘. According to the AAPP, more than 126 people have been killed in Myanmar at the hands of the Myanmar Army, while 2150 people were arrested, out of which 300 have been released.
