Kadedra Lewis and Clair Rawlins crowned Miss Culture Swimwear and Mr Kool Contest
Kadedra Lewis and St. Clair Rawlins have claimed the Miss Culture Swimwear and Mr Kool Contest which took place on Sunday, 28th July 2024 at Cultural Complex.

Nevis: Kadedra Lewis and St. Clair Rawlins have claimed the Miss Culture Swimwear and Mr Kool Contest which took place on Sunday, 28th July 2024 at Cultural Complex. This event was a part of the Nevis Culturama Festival which was filled with talent, elegance and charm that offered plethora of experiences to all the attendees.
Kadedra Lewis who represented First Federal Credit Union defeated four other contestants to claim the title of Miss Culture Swimwear Contest, claiming 840 points. She was followed by Nangela Semple, representing Carib Jack and Shaquoya Flanders, representing Caribbean Digital Displays as the first and second runners-up of the competition, scoring 781 points 801 points respectively.
Meanwhile, St. Clair Rawlins who represented Nevis Cultural Development Foundation was announced the winner of the Mr. Kool Contest. He won the competition by claiming 831 points, defeating 4 other participants. The second position was secured by Eliesel Dorset who represented Nevis Tourism Authority, claiming 778 points. He was followed by Devonté Liburd who represented Department of Agriculture as the second-runner up, scoring 720 points.
This event was overall an experience which was filled with several exciting activities. The performers such as DJ Smudge, SG Prezidential and DJ Woodis entertained the audience through their electrifying performance and made the event memorable and comfortable.
While unveiling the name of the winners of both the competition, the Nevis Culturama Festival extended congratulations to them and noted “Huge Congratulations to the Winners of the Mr. Kool and Miss Culture Swimwear Contests. Congratulations to all the participants for their incredible performances and making this event unforgettable.”
Nevis Culturama Festival is an authentic Caribbean cultural experience which is celebrating the 50th anniversary of this major event. This celebration features several exciting events, celebrating the vibrant culture and traditions of the country.
The opening day celebration began with enthralling activities on 25th July, offering diverse musical and vibrant experience to all the attendees. Moreover, Premier Mark Brantley also extended congratulations to the winners of both the competitions and expressed excitement on attending the other events of Nevis Culturama Festival.
