The Valley, Anguilla: The Government of Anguilla introduced the new Deputy Comptroller at the Department of Inland Revenue – Kendall Tequan Richardson.
The Government mentioned, “It is with great satisfaction that we introduce Kendall Tequan Richardson, who has taken on the role of Deputy Comptroller at the Department of Inland Revenue.”
Further, the Government shared that Richardson brings his extensive expertise to the table, aiming to supervise and elevate operational functions within the department. His focus on critical areas such as Compliance and Collections, Audits, and System Administration will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of these vital components.
Richardson’s principal tasks will revolve around strategizing, developing, establishing, implementing, and meticulously monitoring the application of Acts, Regulations, Policies, Procedures, and systems. This methodical approach is certain to strengthen the department’s ability to efficiently and effectively accomplish its objectives.
Benefiting from a remarkable professional history, Richardson boasts an impressive 8-year tenure in various roles of public service. Notably, his most recent two years were dedicated to his role as Collections and Compliance Manager, where he consistently demonstrated his prowess in these pivotal domains.
Furthermore, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida Memorial University in the United States of America, graduating with the distinguished honour of Magna Cum Laude, as per the update.
In his new capacity, Richardson will collaborate closely with the Comptroller of Inland Revenue to ensure the successful realization of the department’s mandates and strategic goals.
